Virender Sehwag’s babysitting advertisement
Matthew Hayden’s hilarious reply
Matthew Hayden a former Australian batsman has come up with a hilarious response to Virender Sehwag’s babysitting advertisement for the upcoming series between India and Australia. The Australia series will be a crucial one for India with the 2019 World Cup in focus. The Men in Blue will be looking to get their final combinations right against the Aussies ahead of the showpiece event in England and Wales.
ahead of Australia series
Ahead of series, Sehwag featured in a commercial for the official broadcaster where he can be seen babysitting a bunch of kids wearing the Australian jersey, taking the banter which unfolded between Rishabh Pant and Australian skipper Tim Paine to a whole new level. “Jab hum Australia gaye the, toh unhone poocha tha babysitting karoge? Humne kahaa sabke sab aajaao. Zaroor karenge ( When we had gone to Australia, they asked us, will you babysit? We said all of you come, we will surely do ), Sehwag can be heard saying in the video.
The advertisement got a great response from the fans with Pant himself reacting on it by terming Sehwag as an inspiration for both cricket and babysitting. However, the commercial didn’t go down too well with Hayden, who has now come up with a response himself in the second part of the ad. In the second video, Sehwag can be seen surrounded by kids wearing Australian shirts as he hands a mil bottle to each one of them.
He is interuppted in the middle after a ball hits the bottles and the tray falls. Hayden then shows up and says “Viru paaji Australians ko baccha mat samajhana,” (Never take Australians for a joke Viru).
I do not want to say 'I told you so' but guess what, I TOLD YOU SO, @virendersehwag! 😜
